THE IMPORTANT DETAILS
Website terms.
Updated 29 October 2026.
Your selection
Check the item, colour, size and quantity before checkout. A bag selection is not a stock reservation or a confirmed order. Availability and the current server-side price are checked when checkout begins.
Prices & payment
Amounts are displayed in pounds sterling. The total, applicable delivery charges and payment details are shown before payment is completed. Payment is handled by the hosted provider. Returning to this site alone does not prove that a payment succeeded; the provider’s verified status is used.
Orders & fulfilment
A payment acknowledgement is not a dispatch notification. The goods, delivery commitments and applicable order terms must be clear before a purchase is agreed. Use your account and order reference when asking about a purchase.
Returns & rights
Contact the merchant with your order reference before returning a parcel. The applicable returns and cancellation policy, and your statutory rights, govern the request. These website notes do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep your password private and provide accurate details. Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to access another person’s information. Browser-saved preferences remain on the device where they were selected.
