Account registration uses your name, email address and a password. The service stores a salted password hash, not your original password. Contact messages contain the information you submit, so please avoid sensitive documents or card details.
Order details are used to process and administer the purchase. Hosted payment is provided by Stripe when enabled. This site receives payment references and status; it does not collect full card numbers. The payment provider has its own privacy information.
Saved pieces and bag contents are stored in your browser. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie is used to sign you in. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included. Clear local preferences in the footer to remove saved browser choices.
Information is used to provide the account, process orders and handle your message. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information needed for delivery, security and payment. A contact request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Use the contact form to ask about personal information, corrections or deletion. Provide the relevant account or order reference, never a password. Identity checks and applicable record-retention requirements may affect how a request is handled.
