Use the contact form and select Returns or exchanges. Include the order reference, the item and the reason for the request. Do not send a parcel until the merchant has provided the correct return instructions and address.
Keep the packaging and relevant labels while you decide. The condition and eligibility of a return depend on the applicable policy and your statutory rights.
Tell us which size or piece you would prefer. Availability and any difference in price need to be confirmed before an exchange can be agreed.
Approved refunds are handled through the original payment provider where appropriate. Confirmation of a return request is not confirmation that a refund has been issued. These notes do not limit your statutory rights.
